Supply & Ordering of goods & Services

Transfer of Goods Ownership

All ordered items remain the sole property of Blueberry Hearing Ltd. until full payment for these items has been received and cleared.

Ordering & Timeline

  • Final arrangements for delivery of your hearing system will be made at the time of ordering.
  • Behind the ear hearing aids are supplied and fitted usually within 2 weeks from ordering if they are in stock.
  • In the ear hearing aids are supplied and fitted within 3 weeks from ordering as they are manufactured to the specific shape of the patient’s ears.

Money Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the hearing system, provided the system is returned within 30 days of fitting date (in substantially the same condition you originally received it: complete with packaging and all accessories), we will give you a full refund of the sale price.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights

Follow-up & Rehabilitation Appointment

  • After the fitting of a hearing system, a period of rehabilitation is necessary.
  • Your Audiologist will book an appointment at your convenience within a few weeks after your fitting.
  • The confirmation of your appointment will be agreed with your Hearing Aid Audiologist to fit with your progress.
  • Subsequently, your system will be serviced at your annual check-up for the lifetime of your Hearing Aids which is on average between 4 & 6 years

Batteries & Accessories

  • Your batteries’ orders will be available via our website ordering system or you can order them by phone or email using the contact details at the head of the front of this form
  • Any other accessories & consumables are available via our e-store on our website: www.blueberryhearing.com

Servicing & Warranties

  • All our hearing aid systems are supplied with a 2 years manufacturer’s warranty from the fitting date against component failure through normal wear & tear.
  • This limited warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in the hearing instrument itself, but not accessories such as remote controls, TV streamers, batteries, tubing, wax filters etc.
  • There are instances where the limited warranty does NOT apply.
  • These include for example where problems arise due to improper handling or care, accidents, repairs made by an unauthorised party, incorrect adjustments, physical changes to the ear and damage due to foreign objects entering the device.
  • The above warranty does not affect any legal rights under applicable national legislation governing sale of consumer goods.
  • Our ongoing service includes maintaining regular aftercare and we offer a repair service. This service is offered for the life of the hearing aids which is on average 4 to 6 years.

Accidental Damage, Loss & Theft Insurance

  • Blueberry Hearing Ltd does not operate a theft and loss insurance scheme for any instrument/ goods supplied.
  • We therefore kindly request that our patients/ clients have alternative arrangements if a theft and loss Insurance scheme is deemed necessary. (Contact your insurance broker for further detail)

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

You are advised to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms & Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
